Job Profile: Reporting to Saudi Aramco Material Supervisor

- Implementing and maintaining inventory control procedures for the marine equipments and spares of more than 9000 line items in compliance with the Saudi Aramco regulations.
- Implementing Store Procedure for the handling, storage and issue of materials.
- Coordinating annual physical inventory, periodical cycle count on critical spare and Rotatable equipments; trains & works with departmental personnel on inventory control procedures, preparing proper reports and meeting required deadlines.
- Analysing problem areas in inventory management and providing necessary recommendations.
- Identifying and disposing of excess, obsolete and non-moving items through proper Saudi Aramco procedures.
- Creating Purchase requisitions for the end users and coordinating with purchasing for the delivery of materials as per the required specifications & meeting the deadlines.
- Generating and updating various reports of work order / overhead materials, follow-up pending materials for timely delivery.
