Scope:
Construction of GRF (Gas Receiving Facility) to provide additional assurance for a liquid free fuel gas stream to the power plants from NGC. These construction works includes: Civil, Mechanicals and Electrical and Instrumentation's. Safely completed
Construction of the 240 MMscf/d Okoloma Gas Plant and Pipelines is to supply the base gas requirement of the Afam Power Plants (190 MMscf/d) and about 50MMscf/d swing supply to the Aluminum Smelting Company of Nigeria (ALSCON – through the existing NGC manifold and pipelines). On going.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement an audit/inspection programme to monitor contractor compliance with Project HSE Management System.
Review existing Emergency Response plan to accommodate all the contractors (subcontractor) and stakeholders.
Responsible for ensuring safety standards and procedures
Carry out daily toolbox talk.
Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly cashes reports, report all nearmiss incidence and register all hazards in the hazard management form and send to Head AFAM Project HSE in SHELL Port Harcourt office.
Prepare documentation for equipment pre-mobilization,
Participate in the investigation and analysis of accidents and incidence, evaluate data and submit report recommendation to management
Enforcement of project occupational health policy, supervision to ensure safe handling of substances hazardous to health (COSHH) and noise level assessment
Regular reviews of Work Site Hazard Register and Near misses Reports to ensure that substandard or unsafe acts and conditions identified are eliminated

Scope:
OGGS Project: Fabrication of structural steel members and stainless steel pipes that were used for the Receiving Facility construction. These fabrications were done at DSNL's Fabrication workshops at Alusteel and Epic Center in Port Harcourt. (ADAMAC GROUP)
Construction of 300 –Km Large diameter offshore pipeline Longest in West Africa, Two spurline, riser platform, Sub Sea ties INS shore approaches, Laying of approximately 7.55km of 32" diameter API5LX65 carbon steel bulkline from landfall interface at Bonny beach to new receiving facility area (sludge catcher) at NLNG.
Construction of receiving facility plant in line with NLNG specifications.
BNAG Expansion Project: Expansion of the existing plant to increase the production capacity by 150MMscf/d from 300MMscf/d to 450MMscf/d in order to supply NLNG T4. To reduce the flow of or discharge of condensate, to increase the wells from 4 to 5 and enhance liquid knock out.
Laying of approximately 2.45km concrete coated pipes from the BNAG flow station to the wellhead Manifold
Both Projects were safely completed without LTI.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for HSE Concurrent Operations within NLNG Plant during the Crossover construction.
