Currently the Operations Manager at Total Safety Management Trinidad Limited, responsible for the management and support of all HSE Advisors on staff and on contract, contracts management including liaising with current and prospective clients and the development of new business.

As an HSE Advisor to TDL Retail Division/HILO from January 2007 to October 2007. Based at the Head office where I was responsible for creating and implementing a Health, Safety and Environmental Management System for the organization this also involved coaching of there Management, Supervisory and HSE staff at all locations.

As a QHSSE Advisor to Weatherford in Angola, West Africa from September 2006 to December 2006, where I was required to Implement & Audit the Weatherford Integrated Management System in the Luanda Operation and ensure compliance with all the relevant policies and legislative requirements through training and coaching to all the staff including relevant Supervisory and Management personnel.

As an HSE Advisor assigned to British Gas Trinidad & Tobago, from July to September 2005 on the Hibiscus Platform for the North Coast Marine Development Project. My duties were to monitor and audit the various tasks to ensure compliance with BG policy during subsea and construction operations, to audit all Permits to work and task risk assessments and to advise and ensure all measures are taken to mitigate the risk down to an acceptable level.

As an HSE Coordinator with BPTT offshore from June 2004 to July 2005 and September 2005 to August 2006. My responsibility was to advise the OIM on HSE matters, assist in Major Emergency Management (MEM) by planning and executing drills. Monitoring and auditing the EMS and HSE management system, to ensure compliance with international standards (ISO 14001), legislation and control of work standards are followed at all times through auditing, site inspections. Conduct training and site inductions and to give guidance on BPTT's policies and standards. During all my time in BPTT I have been stationed offshore on the Teak, Samman, Cassia, Amherstia, Immortelle, Kapok, Cannonball and Mahogany Alpha and Bravo installations during construction, production and well servicing operations and on the ENSO 76 & GSF Monitor during drilling operations on Kapok and Cannonball platforms respectively.

(Oct.2003-Dec.2003) –My duties were to monitor the work being conducted on the various sites, liaise with the PETROTRIN supervisors and various contractors on the site to ensure coordination of SIMOPS and ensure the appropriate control of work standards are followed.
