Description of Main Duties / Responsibilities

* Coordinate HSE Activities between Company & Client facilities at Land and Swamp locations
* Maintain all HSE documentation and records
* Audit and monitor all HSE programs, Site Safety Surveys, Advise client company project representative and project Management team of shortfalls and provide specialist support.
* Ensure that all HSE organizational policies, standard procedures, safe work practices Authorization system and permit to work system are fully carried
* Conduct inspection to ensure correct placement and serviceability of HSE / fire fighting equipment.
* Review with management and client company supervision, the requirement to applying the job safety analyses and other risk assessments.
* Supervise worksite HSE objectives, performance and produce HSE statistics reports.
* Liaise with sub-contractor to ensure the identification and mitigation of potential hazards that may result from their actions.
* Implement Emergency Response plans, Security plans and Waste management plans.
* Ensure that actions are taken in the event of defective equipment report, record, reject, replace and isolate.
* Supervise and carryout investigation of accidents / incidents and ensure that all accident / incident are reported.
* Conduct schedule inspections of all work area to ensure compliance with regard to safe working practices and application of HSE program.
* Organizing training and carrying out emergence exercises / drills
* Communicate HSE incident report and lessons learned.
* Promote HSE management system by personnel example.
* Maintain / monitor measures in the use of hazardous material an ensure compliance with MSDS procedures
* Liaise with Government (State /Federal) on Health & Environment Compliance and other HSE Statutory requirements on behalf of the Company.
