* Assists the Material Control Engineer and Material Control Supervisor in most aspects in ERP Transactions (Inventory Transactions, Fixed Asset Modules, Shipment Networks, Accounting Periods, etc.)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
* Troubleshoots project ERP problems in Inventory Transaction User and Fixed Asset Modules
* Regularly monitors with control logs chemicals and other materials having limited shelf life and arranges regular checks, inspection and implements "First In and First Out" issue method to avoid disposal due to expiry dates. Ensures proper preservation and storage of custody materials.
* Supervises all coding activities consistent with the Company's materials coding and vocabulary system.
* Supervises safe loading and unloading of materials, packing, receipts, proper storage, preservation, issues, returns and transfer of inventory materials. Ensures all respective transactions are entered and updated in ATS/ERP on daily basis. Controls all computer system developments, input and output activities in relation to the Company's inventory control system.
* Coordinates with end users for inspection of stock and non stock materials after verification of purchase orders conditions and certification requirements.
* Liaises with end users, warehouse supervisor / material control supervisors and third party warehouse personnel to issue material discrepancy reports for rejected materials.
* Follow up with warehouse personnel for timely supply of inventory materials especially those related to planned shutdowns. Coordinates warehouse personnel activities to review and confirm the respective reports related to the current balance count.
* Identifies the damaged, obsolete, surplus and redundant materials, arrange and check storage facilities and prepares Write Off forms and supervise the removal/disposal from site.
* Ensures physical Inventory preparation (such as planning the count date, picking the counting team, communicating with internal/external auditors).
* Initiates the reorder of materials for stock replenishment.
* Provides professional advice on materials to Project Managers as required
