PERSONAL OVERVIEW
I am an extremely motivated person with 7 years experience in geoscience and I have an in-depth understanding of exploration projects and field development plans. I have a strong background in sedimentology and modelling and I have been exposed to mature fields and complex reservoirs. I am keen to experience international assignments having to date achieved roles for Shell, Total and ExxonMobil in Brunei, Indonesia, France, Algeria and The Netherlands.
I am a clear methodical thinker and a strong team player and I possess a unique ability to build and lead efficient and effective multicultural and multidisciplinary teams with a strong commitment to HSE rules. These last years, I have coordinated several phases of projects from NFE opportunity assessments to operation and execution phases. Currently, I am Mampak project subsurface leader (6 direct reports) and I am striving to drive the project to the operation and execution phases planned by the end of 2008.
I am now in a transition phase in my career where I would like to be further challenged and continue to develop a co-ordination role leading me into management whilst maintaining my solid technical core strengths in geosciences.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Nov 2006-Now SHELL Brunei Sr. Production Geologist
- Mampak project subsurface leader. Manage a team of 7 PE (2RE, 2PT, 1PS, 1 WE, 1PG) in order to drive Mampak FDP to the operation phase planned in August 2008.
- Responsible for the development of existing fields (Mampak and Magpie) and surrounding exploration areas (North blocks and Outer block of Magpie field) including (but not limited to) uncertainty assessment, risk management and identification of drilling locations using all available data.
- Develop Petrel 3D fit-for-purpose geological models of the reservoirs, leading to appraisal and development well proposals for the Field Development Plan of Mampak (11 wells) and Magpie (3 wells). Design and challenge complex well trajectories such as extended reach horizontal wells to optimize the value of oil subsurface development. Close interfacing with Well Engineer and Production Technologists especially for well planning and identification of Frac&Pack intervals.
- Coordinate subsurface asset integrity for the Magpie field including well and platform integrity issues (2 direct reports).
- Manage Bugan phase 2 platform location. This includes the interpretation of 2DHR and 3DHR seismic but also attribute mapping (including ant-tracking) in a very complex structural pattern. Integration of results with surface data such as swath bathymetry, boomer lines and sea-bottom pictures in order to identify pockmark areas.
- Coordinate a Petrel pilot project in Shell Brunei in order to appraise the capabilities of the software to ease well planning and the day-to-day activities for drillers and subsurface "communities".

Jan 2004-Nov 2006 TOTAL E&P Indonésie Development Geologist
- Responsible for Tambora FDP (39 wells) integrating geological, geophysical, petrophysical and dynamic data of Tambora field into comprehensive 3D Petrel model in order to understand the geological uncertainties and ensure geological database consistency for future production opportunities and development of this mature field (5 high angle/horizontal wells drilled, deep HP/HT reservoirs).
- Coordinate a team of local geoscientists and reservoir engineers (2 direct reports, 2 indirect reports) to produce production geology studies for Tambora asset in order to improve well and reservoir performance and select work-over opportunities (production increased from 100 to 180MMscf/d). Preparation of accurate reservoir models for additional dynamic simulation with Eclipse.
- Provide coaching/mentoring and guidance to less experienced local geoscientists on the Tambora team (sedimentology, sequence stratigraphy, core description, well proposals, operations, over-pressure prediction and Petrel geomodeling).
- 3D modeling of Bekapai field (Petrel). QC and refinement of existing geological model (interpretation of 45km2 of 3D seismic, structural model, correlation, layering, facies recognition, fluid contacts, volumetric calculations etc.) to implement 3 new wells for 2006.
- Delineation of South Tunu-Peciko-Bekapai exploration area called "The Bermuda Triangle". Perform 2D seismic interpretation, attribute mapping, sedimentological study and sequence stratigraphy, log correlation and facies recognition.
