Position-Purchasing Specialist and Safety Coordinator
Responsible for searching and selecting suppliers/manufacturers (foreign, local), negotiations, contracts handling, expediting, coordination between Suppliers, Forwarder, Customs Brokers, Warehouses, inventory control, material test certificates handling. All transactions and operations have been done using WOLF system, JDE Web Reporting System, E-1.
In charge for Safety Coordination in KAZ Branch, daily safety meetings, monthly man-hours reports and injuries reports, took a part in CHESM (Contractor Health, Environment and Safety Management) program as a Safety Coordinator.
01. 2007– 05. 2007-Tengiz, Kazakhstan, TENGIZCHEVROIL, Procurement Department, position-Expediter
Was responsible for expediting of the purchase orders in JDE Expediting System and E-1. In charge for coordination between Customers, Buyers, Suppliers (local/foreign), Forwarder, Customs.
11.2005– 12. 2006-Temirtau, Kazakhstan, "Arcelor Mittal Temirtau", Procurement Department, position - Engineer of Import Department
Was responsible for searching of the suppliers, commercial and technical negotiations, concluding of the contracts, preparation of necessary bank payment documents, cooperation with Forwarders and concluding contracts for transportations, monitoring and expediting of the contracts, preparation of documents for custom clearance, cooperation with Customs, warehouses. Contract preparation, material receiving and issuing was done using SAP-R3 program.

Project of Continuous Casting Machine Construction:
As assistant of Construction General Manager – was responsible for translation of technical documents, correspondence, meetings. Coordination between contractors and operation team and coordination group. Monitoring of construction schedule, preparation of weekly/monthly reports. Checking of the materials availability in warehouses. Monitoring of the executed scope of works.
