A. SUMMARY QUALIFICATION:

Honestly speaking I have no experience in working rig specially in offshore. However, I believe that any thing/work can be learned if you have a desire and commitment to work the job. That's why I want to start from the lowest position in rig job to gain experience and familiarization on the overall work in offshore rig.

I had been worked before in the military for twenty four (24) years, held the following position such Administrative Clerk for 5 years; Personnel NCO for 3 years; Manpower Development NCO for 2 years; Operation NCO for 4 years; Supply & Logistic NCO for 4 years; Assistant ROTC Commandant for 2 years; Detachment Commander/Platoon Leader for 1 year; Artillery Gunner/ Rifleman for 3 years.

I can do driving light vehicle, computer encoding for MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

B. OBJECTIVES:

To work in an international company that will gives equal opportunity to grow, learn and improve my working knowledge in rig offshore and to gain more experiences in the job that will bring my career into a high ladder.

C. WORK EXPERIENCE:

COMPANY: JOF ARDONE COMPANY FOR OIL TECHNICAL SERVICES
POSITION: CAMP ADMINISTRATOR
PERIOD: July 06, 2007 to date
LOCATION: South Camp 103, Libya

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

a. Supervise the maintenance of the cleanliness and orderliness of the accommodation in the camp;
b. Responsible for the assignment of room for the incoming employees.
c. Collect the spare keys of the room issued to a temporarily occupant who were going out of the camp for days off ;
d. Make daily accounting of empty room and make sure that it is ready for the incoming employee.
e. Advise the room boy to pick-up dirty bed sheet and change it for a clean one, and sent the dirty bedsheet to the laundry and after cleaning the laundry kept it in the stock room.
f. Maintained the record of the stock room and give blanket/bed sheet/ pillows and pillows cover to the new assigned personnel with the approval of its FSM;
g. Received e-mail for the manifest of flight for employees who were in and go out the camp;
h. Prepare and update T-Card of the employees and visitors. Informed the catering services for the in and out of employees.
i. Direct the maintenance worker to repair any defects in the accommodation as requested by the occupant.
j. Responsible for the all stuffs of employees deposited in the stock room for safe keeping.
k. Perform other duties as direct by the Location Manager and FSM of Wireline and Testing in relation to camp accommodation, cleanliness and safety..

COMPANY: GUEDEON TRANSPORT SERVICES COMPANY
POSITION: ADMIN AND OPERATION HEAD
PERIOD: March 1, 2006 to March 30, 2007
LOCATION: Km.3, Libertad, Butuan City, Philippines

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

I am Mr. Eleazar C. I was born on October 07, 1957 at Nasipit, Agusan del Norte, Philippines and married to former Ms. Magdalina Alvarico Baguio, blessed with three (3) children depending my income. I am 50 years old, however, I am physically fit for the hard job. I am a hardworking and can work beyond eight hours a day.

Since my childhood I have been trained by my Father to work in the farm as a farmer. However, before I enter in the military service I have been working as rice mill operator for two (2) years.
