* Water Injection and Oil process plant related chemicals used in Oil & Gas Company.

* Chemicals, include, For Water Injection Scale Inhibitor, Corrosion Inhibitor, Oxygen Scavenger, Poly- electrolyte, Biocide-1, Biocide-2, and PPD, Wax Dispersant, Demulsifies for Oil production plant.

* Job Responsibility lies in recommending the Dosage of the chemicals with respect to Quality of the Water being injected and simultaneously performing the chemical integrity checking in the laboratory on site.

* Crude Oil Analysis- Include, BS&W (Base Sediment& Water), RVP, (Reid Vapour Pressure), Chlorides (Produced Water), Specific gravity, Net Oil Content, Emulsion Test, Salinity (Produced Water), Salt in Crude Analysis.

* Water Analysis -certain Key Parameters like Turbidity, Iron & Dissolved oxygen content from key location of Water Injection Plant using the advanced Laboratory Equipments available on site.

* Evaluation & Compatibility Tests of the Chemicals.

* Calibration of the Instruments Include, Spectrophotometer, DR-2000, TurbididtyMetre-2100p, Water bath, Hydrometer, RVP Apparatus, PH meter, Centrifuge apparatus.
* Preparation of the Standard Solutions, Laboratory Reagents.

* Water injection Plant Chemical Preparation, as per the Designing of the Tank.

* Operating, sequences of PLC based Water injection Facilities.

* Associate and provide services to Hardy Representative during off take operation of Crude Oil. (Cargo Movement)

* Evaluation of the Analysis, interpret data, preparation of the Reports, Input data into the Computer.

* Documentation, maintain registers, Filing, Sending daily Report to the Base Office via E-mail.

* Trouble shooting process related queries.

Environmental, Health & Safety
* Creating effective procedures for the preparation and implementation of programs within the area of industrial safety, health and the environment.
* Participating in environmental monitoring such as stack emissions of dust collection systems, ambient air quality measurement & noise level measurement inside the plant.
* Organizing energy conservation activities.
* Implementing company's waste management plan, environmental policies and monitoring/maintenance of waste treatment equipment
