* Attend job progress meetings where safety in an item on the agenda. Report on job safety performance.
* Make sure that all men know how to obtain and administer first aid properly and efficiently to all injured persons.

* Make sure that suitable personal protective equipment's are available and that they are used.
* Conducting safety training for all construction personnel in safe working practices.
* Personnel inspection and reporting to the company management on unusual and or serious accidents, with evaluation and recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.
