I want to manage GGRE data in oil company, because the GGRE data is expensive and hard to get, so need extra management to do that.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

1.ConocoPhillips: Geoscience Librarian (September 2007- Present)
Responsibility:

A. Project GGRE Data Clean up Well, Seismic, Field Study and Core.

- Make SOP (Standar Operation Procedure) For GGRE Data Clean Up (Well, Seismic, Field Study, Core).
-Provide guidance of data clean-up and organized GGRE physical data and cataloging GGRE data
-Reboxing physical data base from the retention
-Scanning physical data for attachment in eSearch
-Create template for upload to eSearch
-Shelving

B. Manage Opertional GGRE data
-Manage Hand Over data for Relinquishment and Sold
-Circulation (Manage request from user especially for GGRE data use eSearch for check in check out data)
-Entry GGRE data to eSearch
-Manage & control GGRE data incoming and outgoing in offsite storage and central file (ConocoPhillips's Storage)
-Handling Relinquishment and Devastation Block
-Send data to intern COPI network &partner
-Control Moving data to vendor and Partner
-Make a good relationship users with vendor (offsite Storage)
