Mr. Bailey has over thirty five years of experience in pipe design: Twenty two years in petrochemical, gas plant and heavy industrial. Two years in underground pipe design. Five and one half years in mechanical, food processing and manufacturing plant. Four years in fiberglass facilities, and one year in architectural and interior design and drafting. During which I have acquired nineteen years of ACAD experience from ACAD release 9 through ACAD 2005. Including Pro-pipe (Rebis), Solid Pipe (Quick Pin 3D Pipe Designer), and CADWorx, experience utilizing paper space, model space, and 3d-design pipe design. Also two years experience of micro-station.
His project experience includes projects with the Alaskan Pipe Line, Coal Gasification South Africa, refineries in the Middle East, refineries in South America, refineries in Indonesia, and refineries in the United States. Also, food processing plants, manufacturing facilities, skid units, boiler house, and fiberglass facilities design.

BREWERY;
Malt House Germination Cooling System Spray Water Piping. Piping and Instrument
Diagrams Drafting, Plans, Sections and Details of Pumps, Exchangers and Spray
Water supply and return headers. All the previous performed on Micro-station.
Drafting Group Lead;
Was the lead the drafting group and have six to eight draftsmen under me drafting
P&ID's, PFD's and piping plans. This required the customizing of CADWorx P&ID per client specifications and symbology for various jobs involving clients such as Shell,
Questar, Frontier, British Petroleum, ExxonMobil, SUNCOR and Climax. This also required the the training of new and lesser experienced designers.
ACAD;
He started on ACAD release 9 in 1989, continuing through ACAD 2005.
He now using ACAD 2005 and have done 3d modeling using CADWorx 2008 at
The same time set up the specs in CADWorx which includes coding for material take-off.

Installation of an Inlet and Cool Gas Separators, Gas Cooler, TEG Contactor, Glycol
Regenerator Skid and associated piping and valves. Piping designer responsible for
P&ID development, Piping Layouts and Piping Isometric drawings.
GAS PLANT; Responsible for P&ID development and Project Line List
DRILLING PLATFORM;
Process Flow Diagrams and Piping and Instrument Diagrams of top side equipment.
Drafting performed on AutoCAD 14 with my customizations (AutoLisps and
Toolbars).
BREWERY;
Water system as-built for BackFlow prevention and cross connection between potable and utility water study, Piping and Instrument Diagrams Drafting, Plan, Details and Isometric drawings. Feed Water Temp Reduction, Piping and Instrument

PETRO-CHEMICAL;
Prepared layouts of vessels, pumps, exchangers, storage tanks, compressors, simple plant additions, pipe ways and sleeper ways.
INDUSTRIAL;
Prepared layouts and final drawings for piping in manufacturing Plants. Which included vessels, pumps and pipe ways.
FOOD PROCESSING;
Prepared layouts and final drawings for piping in food processing plants, which included vessels, pumps, conveyors and various equipment.
MECHANICAL;
Refrigeration Compressor: Prepared assembly drawings of oil separators, piping, equipment, and bill of materials. Gas Processing: Prepared machinery arrangement, skid assembly drawings, vessel drawings.
ARCHITECTURAL;
Prepared plan drawings for multiple housing and home additions and commercial buildings. Worked with the building and planning departments of city and county governments to obtain permits.
INTERIOR;
Prepared plan drawings for model home sales offices, purchased the materials and furnishings for the sales offices. Aided the fabrication shop with the fabrication of the display fixtures for the sales offices.

Note:
Over 35 years I have 16 years of manual drafting and 19 years of drafting on computer, starting with ACAD release 9 through ACAD 2005, also Pro-Pipe (Rebis) ACAD release 11 through 13 and Solid Pipe (Quick Pin 3D Pipe Designer) ACAD release 14 through 2005, and CADWorx release 2008.
Either manual drafting or by computer drafting produced P&ID's; piping design and layout to final drawings (plans, sections, details, isometrics, stress isometrics, and fabrication spools), checking of the same. Also produced Architectural, some HVAC, Plumbing and Mechanical drawings. Have been involved with Bulk material take off and bills of materials.
