Responsibilities:

Engineering Department:
„« Maintain and control the documentation of all documents, drawings and files for the project.
„« Receives, register and stamping of all incoming and outgoing correspondence, drawings, specifications, minutes of meetings and other project documentation and filling accordingly.
„« Established and maintained an up to date Document Control System.
„« Ensure that controlled copies of latest revisions/approved documents and drawings are distributed to the appropriate staff, shipyard and suppliers as applicable.
„« Prepares transmittals for drawings/documents to be sent to the Shipyard and Suppliers upon approval of drawings/documents.
„« Liaise with suppliers & shipyard's document controller on transmission of documents & drawings.
„« Scanning of documents for distribution as Pdf copies to designated recipients.
„« Ensure distribution, filing, amendments & updating of all projects documents.
„« Organized and manage filling of all drawings / documents for safe keeping and easy retrieval.
„« Maintaining the files and control logs as required by the project.

„« Manage and control all documentations of the HSE & Operations Department in preparation for ISO certification of the company.
„« Help Managers in preparing company procedures and policies.
„« Coordinate with HSE & Operations Department both site and main office for approved documents, policy and procedures.
„« Ensure distribution, filing, amendments & updating of all documents.
