SUMMARY OF PROFESSIONAL WORK HISTORY:
* 20+ years of extensive experience in all phases of upstream and downstream E & C work, including Supplier Data submittals, Bid Analysis, Material Control, Home Office Desk and Source Expediting, Procurement Practices and Procedures, including Field Material Management for 100 projects both domestic and international. Project values ranged between $15-1BB.
* Personal expertise includes meeting promised delivery dates of piping, instrumentation, and electrical commodities, including pipe spools, structural steel, rotating, heat transfer equipment and vessel fabrications to maintain Project schedules.
* Dedicated services include meeting project construction schedules, invoice approvals, and issuance of material status reports to team members during project executions including surplus material disposal.

RESPONSIBILITES:
* Oversee and Carry out all Expeditors activities for assigned packages and develop the project specific Expediting reports, procedure and plans.
* Monitor and control the vendor performance and ensure the HOLD points for Inspection is implemented as per ITP.
* Prepare and issue the Project Expediting plan for each Purchase Order issued.
* Follow up critical engineering issues related to vendor packages and address/resolve such issues in advance to eliminate lateral delay in delivery schedule.
* Arrange third party expeditor and review Source Expediting reports for content, completeness and appropriateness and ensure follow-up action on items.
* Highlight to Project Procurement Manager and Project Manager on any potential problems regarding critical deliveries and provide solutions to resolve any potential problems.
