CAREER

Bulks and I&C Expediting Supervisor: Jacobs Canada Inc.: Apr 2007 – Feb 2009
Employed by Jacobs Canada Inc, an EPC contractor involved in the Suncor Oilsands Firebag project in Alberta. Responsible as the Bulks and Control & Instrumentation Expediting Supervisor for the expediting activities and mentoring of four expeditors, from junior to senior level, and the maintenance of the bulks and C&I material status report within the Jacobs Material Management System (JMMS).

From Dec 2006 to Mar 2007, contracted to Bechtel Ltd, to provide Expediting Supervisory services for E&I materials for the Reliance Jamnagar Export Refinery project in India. Responsible for the supervision of eight expeditors and the material status and delivery of control valves, pump HV motors, DCS system, etc.
From May 2006 to Dec 2006, contracted to Bechtel Ltd, an EPC contractor involved in the Reliance Jamnagar Export Refinery project in India. Contracted to Tractebel Gas Engineering a major Belgian EPC contractor for the coordination of expediting activities of critical orders for the final phases of a project to construct an LNG Terminal in Portugal.
The preparation of procedures and work-instructions for the expediting on a project for the construction of an LNG Terminal in the northern Norway. Also involved in the review of the Terms and Conditions for purchasing.

May 98 – May 99 Ariake shipyard, Japan, Senior Engineer in Production Administration Department for the West Venture II. Coordination of documentation for customer and vendor change/variation order requests. Liaison with legal consultants in the UK and Australia.
