My career started with this organization in October 2002 when there was a plan for implementing the competency assessment program for pipe fitters, structural fitters and welder. I have played an important role with other assessment team members in developing competency assessment documents procedures and successfully conducting the assessments in Dubai fabrication yard, after which was implemented in other locations of J Ray McDermott. I have also actively involved in implementing competency assessment program in other crafts especially in Marine and Offshore Operations onboard Derrick Barges.
Also in parallel with assessments fully engaged in Competency based HSE Training including preparation of HSE safe working practices presentations in Power Point presentation, and collecting the on job pictures, hazards and Proper use of PPE and incorporating in presentations. Also collecting Near misses, incidents and incorporating in training presentations. Conducted Hookup safety required offshore traings lie, Confined space entry and rescue, H2S and Breathing Apparatus fitness, Personnel Basket Transfer and Swing Rope Transfer training for offshore deputed personnel for various projects., like, Dolphin Energy, RasGas and Saudi Aramco.
