Position of Landman.
I have been working as a Landman in Eastern Colorado and Southwestern Colorado for two years with Pacer Energy, LLC, out of Gillette, WY. Prior to that, I worked as a Landman in North Central Montana and in North Dakota.
I began as a Landman with Gulf Oil Corporation in the spring of 1977 and worked with Gulf Oil for a period of three years. In 1995 through 1998 I was Manager of a fiber-optic build and I was researching title and acquiring Rights-of-Way for the placement of buried cable between Calgary, Alberta and Sweetgrass, Montana. While in New Jersey, I researched Title for a real estate venture, purchasing and selling distressed properties. My total years of experience working in title research and lease acquisitions is about ten years.
I am willing to travel to any location, and am willing to re-locate as well. My prior companies are willing to provide references for my work ethic and work production.
