* Investigated the AcQuire Production Database, systematized the setup based on the current needs of the mine property, there by established guidelines for data entry of the production cards
* Supervised employees entering data into AcQuire, successfully able to resolve all historic and current issues
* Built relationships with the operators, shift foreman, general foreman, and operations superintendent that turned around historic problems with production cards
* Published a daily report using the AcQuire data and multiple other sources
* Updated a corporate reporting system called ORS with the daily reports, monthly forecasts, and yearly budget numbers
* Trouble-shot, effectively, Bald Mountain ORS problems through communication with corporate IT and the ORS consultants
