* CDX Production Award Recipient.

* Identified potential drilling prospects through in-depth examination of geophysical logs and production data for conventional and unconventional targets throughout West Virginia and into southern Pennsylvania.

o Identified, determined and defined which units were most productive in each undeveloped and underdeveloped lease.
o Marked up and examined geophysical logs.
o Units examined included Lower Devonian, Marcellus, Rhinestreet, Berea, Big Injun, Gordon, Weir, Big Lime and Maxton.
o Creation of net sand, net porosity and API unit maps.
o Used existing production data as another indicator of "payout" potential.

* Used Geographix (Geo-atlas, Well base, Xsection, Coordmgr and Query builder) to place wells expected to be highly productive in the company's drilling schedule.

* Used Global Mapper to geo-reference maps and other images for importation into Geographix.

* Created and interpreted well logs using "Log Plot."

* Recommended, created AFE's & drilled core holes throughout CDX leaseholds.
o Obtained critical data on unit thickness, gas content and structure.
