Procurement of stock keeping units (SKU) for onshore gas plant.
Preparation & Execution of long term price and service agreements.
Preparation of Invitation to Bid / Quotation documents.
Technical and Commercial Evaluation of bids as bid evaluation team leader.
Presentation of tender plans and techno-commercial award recommendation reports for large value contracts to Tender Committee for approval.
Negotiate with suppliers on technical and commercial issues.
Issuance of Letter of Awards, raising the Purchase Orders through Maximo software and preparation of final contract documents.
Follow-up suppliers for materials delivery at site and ensure that right material has received.
Checking all tenders and contracts for corporate governance and compliance to procedures.
To develop strategies for cost cutting procedures and recommend to procurement manager.
Preparation of reports of Purchase Orders and analyze the cost variances against budget for analysis purpose.
Keeping the coordination between departments regarding contracts expiry and providing the recommendations for new contracts.
Maintaining good relationship with contractors and suppliers.
Managing vendors' profiles and recommending them for tender invitations.
Preparation quarterly Purchase Analysis Reports and present to committee for review and approval.
