* Undergone LNG specific plant training given by Licenser & LNG experts.
* Involved in preparing Standard operating procedures, Simplified P&Id`s and reviewing of P&ID`s.
* Involved in precommisioning activity like pneumatic test of SS Unloading pipelines, Hydro test of LNG (Cryogenic) storage tanks and Punch listing of associated equipment/pipelines.
* Involved in pre commissioning activity of Boil of compressor, Condenser, Regasification unit, Hydro test of LNG (Cryogenic) 1,60,000 m3 capacity storage tanks and Punch listing of associated equipment/pipelines.

A) Worked as technologists/Process Engineer in Central Technical Services.
* Process flow diagram & P&ID review of crude distillation /vacuum distillation & captive power plant unit.
* Developed start –up plan/ standard operating procedures, participate in the implementation of equipment commissioning activities & Supported plant start-up activities.
* Provided technical/troubleshooting support to plant operations.
* Involved in Performance guarantee run & efficiency calculations of Gas turbines, Fired heaters, Heat recovery steam generators &Auxiliary boilers.

* Oil movement line up in DCS system as well as in OMIS (Oil movement inventory system)

* Process monitoring involved Hydrolysis, etherification & separation via simple, extractive distillation, vacuum distillation of ethyl accrylate & methyl accrylate.
* Raw material inventory handling of Accrylonitrile, Ethanol, Sulphuric acid, Methanol.
* Job involving trouble shooting to achieve better production target & maximizing yield.
Achievements:
* Changed in process, Previously crude accrylate vapors were condensed to form a liquid & then fed to distillation tower for separation, Now new suggested process involves crude accrylate vapors from reactor instead of condensing directly fed to distillation tower resulting into better yield, yield raised from 65% to 75%.
* Due to above modification production cost & polymerization minimized.
* Saved boiler fuel by suggesting waste hot water from process is utilized for heating boiler feed water.
* Suggested pall rings in simple distillation tower instead of berl -saddle resulting into less pressure drop & increased capacity of tower.
