I worked Through Syscon Engineering Private Limited sub. Contractor to BHARAT HEAVY ELECTRICAL LIMITED Involved in erection and commissioning of 'Captive Power plant' 3X40 MW Gas turbine GE frame 9 with 110Bar HRSG.

Work Performed
A) Oil / Gas production facility familiar with plants equipment Such as Fractionators, Striper Separator, Heat Exchanger, Heater, Absorber, Oil Shipping Pump, Blower, Boiler and Compressor. Handled various maintenance, testing, overhaul, configuration and calibration jobs on Instrument equipment/system control Instruments, Indicator with repairs / trouble shooting / maintenance and I have also been involved with shutdown maintenance of plants that include the complete overhauling of various type of instruments calibration of process related instruments such as flow, pressure, temperature, level transmitters, tank level gauges, controllers, recorders, control valves over hauling, workshop test and calibration. Test equipment Knowledge and ability to trouble shoot process control systems, Work experience in rotating machinery Gas Compression Package and Solar Turbo Generator and Actively Participate In modification commissioning and start-up operation.

B) Assists In execution of modification and Installation works. Checks until work completion to required standards. Assists In preparation in turn around overhaul lists. Also, assists in supervision of assigned Instrumentation projects execution.

C) Investigates cases of inadequate performance and repetitive malfunction of Instrumentation systems: and recommend Improvements and modifications as required. Follow up trouble shooting of trip/ safety circuits on pumps, compressors, boilers, Columns, Fractionators, Striper, Hitter and others process plants, and records the faults for future analysis.

D) Analyzes Instrument system problems and works out operational and calibration details / procedures. Performs, personally complex / sophisticated Instruments maintenance. Jobs on control valves, transmitters, etc. as necessary.

E) Initiates work procedure and standards. Also initiates requisition for spares and materials required for Instrument maintenance. Jobs: and ensures their economical utilization.

F) Supervises and worked with vendors/contractors personnel on Instrument maintenance. Job, and ensures Implementation of contracts according to prescribed terms and conditions. Requests for cold and hot work permits.

G) Ensures that all records, documents, drawings, and history cards are maintained up to date. Ensures/ Implements good housekeeping and adherence to fire and safety regulations.

H) Performs any other related duties, as assigned.
