March 2002 - March 2004: Assistant / operator: with full responsibility in area operations in Central Production Facility (CPF) includes: Inlet manifold &Separators (HP,IP,LP), 4 Trains (Heaters Treaters & FWKD), LACT Units, Gas Plant (3 reciprocating compressor with Glycol Dehydration Unit), Utility & Instrument air System, Dilution water system, Water Injection Plant (Tanks, Pumps, WI manifold), Shipping terminal (Tanks & Pumps), Vapor Recovery Unit.

March 2004 – May 2005: Permit to work coordinator: Issuing permits to work for large (300+ manpower) oil & gas plant project, carrying out site inspections for electrical & mechanical isolations prior to the issue of PTW in compliance with Shell standards. Issuance of multiple work permits during live operations, attend field daily meeting

May 2005 - Present: Shift Production supervisor:
1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of Plant Area Shift Operators in the operation. This includes identifying maintenance requirements and where immediate action is required. Organizing, the necessary Operations personnel to carry out preparation work. Work embraces one or more oil fields with processing facilities and approximately 150 wells (oil producers, gas producers/ water supply / injectors, water disposal.
2. Supervise the activities and preparing the isolation procedures during Major Shutdowns
3. Provide functional direction to operators to adjust plant operations Complete shift log book and other work reports noting state of operating areas, corrective action taken and highlighting other items of plant that need further attention, Coordinates plant start-up shutdowns and emergences as per established procedures.
4. Take over shifts from off going senior Operator with detailed log sheet of operational adjustments and changes during previous shift and complete own log sheet in an ordinary and efficient manner to handover to incoming senior Operator.
5. Constantly monitor DCS and diagnose abnormal situations, initiate operation adjustments and maintains a continuous check on the operating plants. Monitor operating parameters in station and Maintain records of them.
6. Record and report serious operational deviations to the superior and take immediate remedial corrective actions, implement the emergency procedures as dictated by circumstances and act as On Scene Commander
7. review and analyze outside log sheet readings at regular intervals with control room. Supervise and coordinate the operation of plant areas from the field or control room. Carry out the departmental safety, health and housekeeping meetings and participate in plant inspection tours and takes active participation in implementing policies on safety. Discuss and document all accidents, incidents and near misses with section head and operators in order to avoid recurrence. Carry out audits (metering, flow, override ) and unsafe act/condition audits.
8. In radio communication with Area Operators. Operate under a PTW system, toolbox talk and risk assessment system.
9. Carry out routine & non-routine pigging operations
10. preparing the daily production report which includes Net oil production, gas production, daily water injection, potential production, deferment, wells test report, BS&W report, salt report
11. Supervises the operation of Oil, Gas and Water production and injection, including opening closing wells, adjustment wells, carrying out well testing utilizing test separator on test vessels, chemical injection etc.
