Following up the extraction process and executing the programs destined to induce proper functioning to the workover installations. Contributing to the solving of difficulties appeared during the crude extraction process.
The production brigade has in its jurisdiction over 200 exploitation wells, with depths beyond 1500 m, using deep pumping techniques for their exploitation, including in its duties the wells repairing operations.
I work at Zemes oil field where I am also in charge with repairing of the damaged casings, milling cement plugs, cement squeeze jobs, reservoir perforating, swabbing operation and putting into production of the production wells. The depths of the wells are between 6000-7000 ft and the workover jobs are done with 7 rigs A50.
My position require the managing, monitoring and supervising of the work performed by the 200 employers (skilled workers, foremen and engineers), as well as the team work. I was involved in the repair of over 100 wells with depths between 6000 - 7000ft.(oil fields Zemes Tazlau , Kilii - vest,Geamana).

I worked as a well workover supervisor on the site Nebitdag in Turkmenistan (oil fields Gotur - Depe, Komsomolskaia , Barsa - Ghelmez,Burun etc.)At the private company ASCOM - GROUP S.A. where I had the main attributions.
- Coordinating and supervising of the achievements of well workover I fishing tubular goods (often frozen in the wells), flushing of the detritus, or fishing the frozen tubular material using fishing tools (single bowl overshot, three bowl overshot, releasing bowl overshot, tubing socket, bailer grab, thorn, hold-back device, mandrel socket, casing roller, tubing catcher, casing cutter, scraping device, tubing spear, jar socket, impression block, cup type packer, retrievable test treat squeeze formation packer shoe ,squeeze packers, casing spear bore bit ,enlarging bit ,three cone bit ,slip socket bowl tubing socket).
- Repairing of the damaged casings, casing, squeeze cement jobs, milling of cement
plugs, reservoir perforating with Schlumberger equipment( PNK 86 and Enerjet types ) ,swabbing operation and putting into production of the wells , starting with the location and the reception of the rigs until the finishing up of the works ,inclusively the production tests viewed in the executor project and delivering of the well.
- Supervising the workover provided a total safety, in a brief time but respecting the quality conditions regarded in the execution program.
- A continuous supervising of the workover and adapting of the execution programs in function of the real physical and geological conditions met, of the feasibility and efficiency of the executed operations pay attention to measures concerning continuing or stopping of the execution works.
I was involved in the repair of over 75 wells with depths between 6000-15000 ft .The repair work was done with eight F100 and five A50 rigs.
The goods results I obtained there in the desert conditions work in the field allowed me to accumulate a good experience in this domain.

I have worked at the same oil field at the well workover and putting into production of the wells.
The first two years of my activity within this brigade I was a workover foreman, taking part with my crew to the following operation: perforating, acid treatment, hydraulic fractures, milling and fishing with the majority workover tools.
For the next two years I was a specialized in charge with the activity of all the workover
rigs in the oil field.
After graduating Master `s Degree, I worked at the Reservoir Engineering where I was busy with the supervising of the secondary recovering process of the oil through water flooding.
I was involved in drawing group of the geological models, estimated the reservoir parameters, such as : porosity, absolute permeability, connate water saturation, fluid properties (Oil Formation Volume Factor for Unsaturated and/or Saturated Oils, Viscosity of the Gas, Gas Formation Volume Factor, Gas-Oil Ratio Bubble - Point Pressure), using different correlation’s. Proposed production forecasting (Decline Method, Material Balance Method) Performed design, analysis and simulation. Involved in economic evaluation of the reserve.
Being in charge with this, I worked on computers, keeping the data bases necessary to the
overseeing of the water flooding process assisted by the computers, studying in details enhanced pressure up building in the production well when the well is shut (EPUB).

From 1.10.1988 to15.06.1989,
I worked as a production engineer at Zemes Oil Field within the production brigade where I had the following charges.
- Following the production process developed in site making up work programs in order to assure the functioning of the rigs normally, taking an active part at the developing of the difficult operations executed at the production wells. - Coordinating and supervising the staff in the batteries of tanks in the brigade.
