During working time, I always work hard. Have worked for Oil and Gas Industry over 10 years, got high experienced on HSE, petroleum engineering & technologies, technical skills, good teambuilding and excellent English level. Good at Maintenance & Project Planning, Equipment Management and Integrate, Materials Resource Planning and Computer Skills.

WORK EXPERIENCE
In general, as a Planning Engineer, I had worked in YACHENG Gas Field for over 9 years that operated by ARCO China Inc and BP China Production Company, this Gas Field Located in South China Sea, and in BP Caspian Sea Business Unit for one year in Oil Operations field.

I started my job in 1995, worked for ARCO China Inc on Oil & Gas Industry. Over the past years, I worked in management of a safe, cost effective and efficient maintenance operation at onshore and offshore facilities. I am good at General English and Technical English communication. Got plenty of experience in Management and Production field.

From 1995 on, as a Maintenance Planner, I have been working on Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation technical Field since then. Focused on the Major Equipment Overhauling and General Maintenance, Plant Shutdown Planning, Labor and Materials Resources Planning and Maintenance Database Management, Production Operation Management. Carried out company Getting Maintenance Reliability Right and Maintenance Philosophy; Outstanding accomplished Production Maintenance Operation and Project Planning, Materials & Manpower Resource Planning, and Equipment management. Took good teambuilding and Cooperating through different Function Departments.

I am good at MAXIMO program, which focuses on the Maintenance, Materials Purchasing and Inventory, and successfully upgraded this program from Series 5 version to 3.0.0 to 3.0.2 to 4.0.1 till 4.1.1; familiar with Primavera Project Planner software, MS Project, MRP, ERP Knowledge, and MS Access Database, etc.

I worked with many international vendors and suppliers on the materials delivery, services, and equipment maintenance & Overhauling. Got good communication and teambuilding with them.

From Nov-2000 on, worked with BP Oil Operators, continued to focus on the offshore and onshore Production Maintenance Operation and Project planning, equipment management.
And involved in the Planning & Cost Control, deepened my previous work experience.
* Has responsibility for the development and training of the national operational and maintenance staff in the MAXIMO maintenance system
* Assisted the Production Manager with the establishment and management of the maintenance budget at the respective location.
* Ensured compliance with BP China Exploration and Production Company gHSEr requirements with regard to operational and maintenance functions at the respective location.
* Assisted the Production Manager with the setting of clear goals for the respective location for maintenance activities.
* Worked closely with engineering and Integrity management to ensure maintenance / project needs are met and considered with future work at the operational facilities.
* Responsible for the effective planning of maintenance/projects and shutdown activities, utilizing the MAXIMO maintenance system and Primavera Project Planner program.
* Work closely with the maintenance and operations supervisors to ensure work is well planned and coordinated, and effective reporting on status of the maintenance or the facility is available to senior management.
* Communicated directly with Vendors with regards to equipment problems, solutions and vendor visits.
* Worked with location maintenance supervisor, prepare a weekly and monthly work plan at each facility.
* Created and maintained a schedule of future facility shutdowns and FCR work.
* Has primary responsibility of the administration of the MAXIMO Maintenance System, including work order generation, MAXIMO Change Requests, and generation of maintenance and material status reports.
* Directed MAXIMO / Clerk to ensure MAXIMO Database content is accurate and up to date.

From Jan-2004 on to Sep-2004, worked for China National Offshore Oil Corporation as Sr. Maintenance Planner,
1. To response for Overall responsibility for administration of MAXIMO Maintenance Management System;
2. Assist the Production Manager in management of a safe, cost effective and efficient maintenance operation at company facilities;
3. Overall responsibility for company Master Schedule of Major Operation and Project Activities.
