PROFESSIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS:
-Responsible for compliance of all MMS regulations for over 10 offshore platforms in the Gulf of Mexico.

-Conceived, engineered and project managed the installation of an offshore rental compressor for gas lift purposes. Compressor installation, which brought on line shut in oil wells, increased field production by 1500 BOPD.

-Assist with fracture design and supervise fracture completion for a tight Mississippi well sandstone, which increased production from 700 MCF per day to 4200 MCF per day. A 500% increase in production.

-Designed completion procedures and managed actual completion of offshore high pressure zinc bromide frac pack completion (15 MMCF per day completion) and onshore high pressure severe environment wells (inconel and 22% chrome).

-Managed all completion and workover activity for onshore and inland water for Texaco. Resulted in over 85 completion and workover procedures written and performed in one year.

-Designed, engineered and managed several large-scale environmental and production facility projects. Projects required capital expenditures in excess of $1 million each. Required project engineering, project managing and project scheduling skills. Duties included: design of a water treatment system for an oil recycling facility; design, layout, and install salt water disposal systems; design and layout of production facilities and installation of a large scale compressor (> 1000 hp).

-Won Innovation award from Texaco for participating on a three-member team that drilled the first successful onshore horizontal well for Texaco in Louisiana.

-Reduced lifting cost at Bay de Chene field in one year from $10/BOE to $2.50/BOE. A 75% reduction. Reduction came from production increases and expense reductions.

-Increased gas production from 300 MCF/D to 10500 MCF/D in six months at the Bay de Chene field through an extensive workover program. A 3500% increase in production.

-Increased oil production from 200 BOPD to over 2000 BOPD in one year at the Bay de Chene field as part of an extensive drilling and workover program. A 1000% increase in production.

-Attained MMS certification as a Well Control Supervisor for Surface and Subsea BOP Stacks for Drilling, Well-Completions and Workovers.
