    Urea Synthesis Section

•    Having 05 NH3 injector-reciprocating pumps of URACA Germany operating
ressure 2500psig.
•    06 carbamate injector pumps rated power 400HP& operating pressure
2800psig.
•    Carbamates recycle centrifugal multi stage pump of SUNDYNE U.S.A rated
power 800HP & operating pressure 2800psig.
•    Carbamates recycle centrifugal pump of EBARA JAPAN rated power 1045HP &
operating pressure 2800psig.
•    ACES (advance cost &energy saving) loop having urea reactor, falling
film stripper, scrubber & carbamate condenser which is also used as
70 psig waste heat generator. Urea synthesis loop operating pressure is
2300 psig.
•    Liquid NH3 storage & NH3 condensers, absorbers, high-pressure and low     pressure centrifugal & P.D pumps.

    Recovery & Decomposition section

•    Having high-pressure &low-pressure absorber, absorption coolers, gas
condensers, oxidizer, pre-concentrators and multistage centrifugal and
P.D pumps.
•    Having urea pumps, Blowers &Wastewater draining system.

    Instrument air reciprocating compressor & drying unit :

•    Air compressor, multistage, operating pressure 100psig. Two absorption
towers with PLC control system.

    Diesel Generator

•    Emergency diesel generator of 500KVA with AMF (Auto main failure)
control system and auto &manual synchronization.
