Position: PRODUCTION ENGINEER (MAXPRO Department/ Fahud Well Optimization)
Duties And Responsiblities.
- Production Services, which comprises, FRAC, work over, Completions, simulations, well testing, cementing, Sampling operation (CST) and follow up LAB. results,/ Measurements while Drilling, Logging while drilling of seventy (70) horizontal development wells and Production Logging planning that produced 12,000b/d. Well production is artificially lifted using down hole PCP,s and ESP,s mixed with Diluents at the WHE and then exported by Pipeline.
- Confirm Well Integrity and Completion requirement and discuss with PDO Well and Reservoir monitoring assets team on injection performance and Reservoir response to cyclic steam stimulation CSS and steam drive.
- Adjusted RST/CBL/Perforation on E- Logging programme on PDO horizontal Oil producer with water cut of about 20 percent to determine the Oil Saturation in the Pay zone and identify the producing interval and saved $508,000USD.
- Responsible for completion (TCP) / testing and production optimization during intensive development phase of PDO discoveries and Gas campaign in Fahud field.

Duties And Responsiblities.
- Supervises, monitors, controls and coordinate the operations facilities in SRU, Complex fire and Gas systems, Gas treaters for propane and Butane, Two process trains(C3,C4,C5,C5+), Loading arm, GASCO Jetty and Storage facilities. Coordinate with central control room those including (Gas, oil, water and logistics and Plant monitoring through CCTV.
- Provides operational support to process Operation team, Instruments section, Reading Loop Reading design drawing and designs, following EIA, TIA, ISO, ANSI, BSI & CENELEC
- Specification to show the technical details about process and control equipments.
Develops PM, corrective/breakdown maintenance request with Operations department on
Process /CCR equipments, Hydraulic systems, recorders and to overhaul control valves and
