Developed the automatic billing system called SASS (Shuweihat Accounting Settlement System) while working with developers in the USA for raising Monthly Invoices to ADWEC for more than 15 M USD per month. Supervised development of the Fuel Demand Model by a UK based consultant for the online plant performance monitoring. Established mechanism for effective compliance to the Project Agreements by various Departments.
