RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Carryout/involve in the Pre commissioning activities commissioning
- Carryout /involve commissioning activities i.e. punch list clearance, Functional tests, Leak test, Plant integrity test, commissioning of utilities
- Pre-startup, purge, prepare for the hydrocarbon introduction,.
- Startup of the equipment/ plant,
- Operational trials,
- Performance the Works towards optimum Production rates by ensuring that equipment is running efficiently with minimum downtime als/tests
- Reacts effectively to operational anomalies, problem troubleshooting, non-routine operating problems or emergency situations.
- Makes proposals and implements suitable solutions to problems.
- Ensures that subordinate staff are knowledgeable and compliant with safety policies / regulations and with security policies / regulations as well as ensuring that subordinate staff are knowledgeable and follow only ?Safe Driving Practice?.
- Ensures Operating staff participates productively in Safety Meetings, Safety Inspections etc and are available to attend scheduled safety training.
- Reacts effectively to normalize unsafe conditions.
- Reacts effectively during safety incidents. (Effective crisis management)
- Preparation of the daily, weekly & other reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure that Logs, Shift Reports, for routine and exceptional occurrences are prepared accurately and timely
