Responsibilities
Review operating manual, PFD and P&ID, involved in HAZOP studies for plant modification, process trouble shooting, Energy conservation, Review DCS logic diagrams and implementation of multivariable controllers, process optimisation.

The project includes Feed gas compression (520 MMSCFD), Sour gas removal, Gas Dehydration, Propane refrigeration, Multi component (MCR) refrigeration, Cryogenic column, Condensate fractionation (Propane, Butane, pentane plus), Nitrogen removal, and Sulphur recovery.
• Process support utilities - Air system (Instrument and plant air), Steam generation unit, Desalination unit, and Nitrogen unit.
Responsibilities
• Involved in Process Design Review, HAZOP studies, Mechanical completion checks, Trouble Shooting, Start-up and Commissioning, test run, manual preparation, and performance guarantee run etc.
