    Date of Birth: September, 9th, 1967,Tulcea,Romania
    Education:
    Mathematics and Informatics High School No.2 - Mangalia.
During High School studies I took part in so called National Olympic
Contests
regarding Mathematics and Scientifically Briefing Session.
    In 1996 I graduated the Engineering College, "OVIDIUS" University of
Constanta, Naval Appliances and Equipment Section. In the same year I
graduated a course in computer programming and operation, this course
being
recognized and attested by Ministry of Education and sponsored by TOTAL
DATA
TRAINING CENTER.
    In the senior year I tried and I think I succeed in improving the
technological line operations, not to mention the naval management
field. All
this research work is summarized in mine Diploma Project of which
topics is
"Stock Supply Optimization in Well-Functioning of a Ship".
    To make a long story short, it is about the correlation of all
factors,
logistical or technical which lead to the ship functioning, e.g. losses
because of non delivery of goods in due time (weather conditions spare
parts,
human factor etc.)
    For these reasons I have made up an evaluation algorithm transposed in
C++
with the help of a good friend of mine. Therefore, my Diploma
Project,
monitored by Professor Master Eng. Paul P. Bocanete, met all my
expectations
being a success.

    Hobbies

I may confess that working with computers is my favourite hobby but I
might
also add electronics microelectronics for which I keep myself up-dated
with
reviews like "EDN", "Control Engineering"-Nederlands regarding the
latest
technologies, European or worldwide.

    Work experience

    Right after the college graduation(1996) I was employed by MECONST
S.A.CONSTANTA,
where my job function was in Technical Services Engineer Staff as a
part of
Mechanical Maintenance Department (Mechanical Section).
    In a same time, thanks to my skills acquired with above-mentioned
course,
I worked with the INSERT Ltd.-CONSTANTA as a collaborator, my principal
job
function being computer assisted advertisement graphics (employing
programs
as Corel Draw, Adobe PhotoShop). I also worked like Design Engineer
assisted
by the computer (I used for design a special software named AUTO-CAD).
The second job of mine it was like design engineer to the REMARC S.A.
CONSTANTA where I applied my technical skills in Shipbuilding
Construction(for
electrical field)
    The last job was started at the beginning of 1997(march) and continues
up to 2001 to the DAEWOO MANGALIA HEAVY INDUSTRIES. Also I solved here
many
problems about planning and controlling production. Thanks to my
experience
in mechanical & piping works I worked like a field engineer for piping
erection

    I have a good experience in maintenance and repair of pumps ,valves
,hydraulic systems (for “FRAMO” pumps for example),main engine
(measurements
of crankshaft, deflexion, liners-the procedure for built up ,undercut
adjusting
for new parameters, measurements and repairs of crosshead
bearings, tailshaft
and others) Diesel generators, cranes and for the electrical field .
    Also ,I have good production experience in piping & valves works for
repair
and for maintenance or to choose the right solution or equipment (three
years
experience in pipe fittings especially for
gas/oil plants(during of shut down of the plant-Petromidia-we work and
renew many pipe systems...)
pipe lines ,gate valves, globe valves ,butterfly valves, ball valves,
press-vacuum valves,
and additional equipment for pipes
–depend of the type and function of piping line diagram –like heat
exchangers
,condenser ,sensors for temperature pressure oil mist …,air coolers,
filters
and other equipment.
Also ,in this time when I worked for DAEWOO ,in 1999 I worked in South
Korea for a Thermo-electrical
plant(mechanical part-piping ,heat exhangers , boilers) with very good
results.
With DAEWOO company I worked also in Holland for a few month for an
extension of one train
(LPG plant) that's mean ,two additional compressors with pipe
connections "TIE-in"...
Last year ,I leave DAEWOO company and I was hired by Techint
Cimimontubi(an Italian company) to
work in Construction of Gas plant in Nigeria -Bonny Island.
I'll tell you a few more words about this (because it is my last job-it
was...) kind of job.
Here ,in Bonny Island I worked like a field engineer(piping supervisor
in the first period-October
last year-) in three areas -pipe rack, suctions drums, compressor
house. For these objectives I worked
with five teams (five foreman ,four Nigerian and one Thailand) for one
year(up to October this year).
Main activity it was to organise the workers(all of them ,nigerians)to
study very carefully the
specification ,procedures, to assure the good quality of of
work(alignment of valves
-relief valves especially-verticality of pipes, corect position os
supports-cold shues for process lines...)
used materials for welding(depending of the material of
pipes, ITCS, CS, Stainless steel...)
For the second period of year I worked like a superintendent for this
area.for this new position I
was responsible also for steel structural and support
erection, engineering modification.
