Supervised drilling operations in offshore Java Sea. Was MIC for rig moves and major upgrade projects. Responsible for contract drafting, invoicing, crew organization and Stop safety program imp limitation. Set up and organize preventive maintenance programs with third party organization. Carried out all inspections for the drilling unit including ABS, Migas and Pertamina certifications. Upgrades included hull repairs and modifications, Top-drive upgrades, mud monitoring equip., solids control equip. and mud system improvements, Regan diverter modifications, water distillation change out, and sewage plant installation. Have extensive knowledge working with ABS on rig modification approvals.
