Reporting to the Group HR Director. I am playing both strategic and operational role in a modern HR practice within a Performance-Driven Organization. My Key Results Area's include the following:
(1) Review and update the Organization Manual (process maps, structure, jobs, activities, key results area's, performance indicators, etc.) periodically and when needed.
(2) Developing and communicating the Policies and Procedures Manual (Employment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Training, Discipline, Grievances, etc.).
(3) Guide lining Job evaluation process and compensation system according to the organization strategy.
(4) Auditing the Performance Management System along with the subsidiaries management.
Main achievements:
a. Establishment and development of the company selection methodology "Competency Based Interviewing".
b. Develop Personal Performance Agreement (PPA) for 1st and 2nd line Management using Balance Score Card methodology.
c. Assist in re-designing of the Salary Structure and performed Job Evaluation for 2 major functions in the organization (Sales, Marketing).

In-charge of performing the training needs assessment, selection of instructors, outlining the contents, reviewing the materials and methodology, monitoring the training delivery, and measuring the training results.
I was able to reach an agreement with one of the largest funding international organizations to fund about 75% of our company Training and Development expenses.

In charge of field sales for Rental & Leasing services, Leasing Admin., and vehicles purchasing/sales. I was in charge also of developing and promoting Hertz Corporate Discount Program (CDP).
