Scope of Work: Erection of 5 HRSG Units (Mechanical & Electrical).
Working as a Site Manager responsible directly to Project Manager.
My duties and responsibilities are as follows:
* Mobilization of Site and Camp Area
* Preparing the Manpower and Equipment requirements
* Direction and organization of 25 engineers (including construction managers) and ~500 workers (including foremen, crew and team leaders)
* Supervising the total construction effort to ensure that the project is efficiently and safely executed within quality, schedule and budget
* Interface with client representative and construction (sub) contractors
* Assisting the HSE team to ensure that safety plans and requirements are implemented and followed
* Assisting the business and project manager(s) in leading overall project and company objectives
* Supervising other managers who are responsible for logistics, HSE, administration, site resources, etc.

* Direction and organization of 2 engineers, 130 steel erectors, 15 mechanical erectors, 15 boiler erectors and 15 pipe fitters (including foremen, crew and team leaders)
* Erection of GR (Gas Recirculation, 2 per unit), FD (Forced Draft, 2 per unit) and ID (Induced Draft, 2 per unit) Fans (total 6 per unit)
* Erection of Circulation Pumps (3 per unit)
* Erection of Condensate Pumps (2 per unit)
* Steel structure erection (including platforms, stairs, gratings and handrails) of boilers and Air Pre Heaters (APH) (~ 2350 tons per unit, total 3 units: phase I) + remaining steel, platform and stairs erection of Phase I & II boilers (6 units total)

* Checking and approval of Pipeline Procedures (16"x13 km, 20"x3.5 km and 6"x1 km), Alignment Sheets and Crossings, also control the construction of pipelines
* Piping, Slug Catchers and Inlet Filters
* API and ASME Tanks, manufacturing & construction and hydrotests
* Checking and approval of design & construction projects and calculations of HVAC & Plumbing Systems also control the construction of the systems
* Control of Steel Structure Fabrication and erection
* Control of Process Equipments manufacturing, tests and erections
