Employment History:    Goldking Energy Corporation, Vice President – Operations, 1998 – present. Drilling and Production operations along Texas – Louisiana Gulf Coast. Full operational responsibility for all field operations including drilling, workover, production on land and offshore.
Goldking Production Company, Vice President - Engineering, 1996 - 1997. Responsible for all drilling and production operations, engineering and supervisory staff. Drilled numerous wells on the Gulf Coast. Operated 15 fields. Assisted acquisitions team in evaluations. Contributed to presentations leading to the sale of the company. Remained as Vice President with acquiring company (Panaco) for transition.
    Schlumberger Integrated Project Management, Wellsite Engineer, 1995.
Rigsite supervisor of incentive drilling and completion operations for client companies in Latin America. Also provided office consultation and project coordination. All operations and engineering functions were conducted in Spanish. Worked rotation on projects in Eastern and Western Venezuela for Corpoven, Maraven and Lagoven.
    Aran Energy Corporation, Operations Manager, 1992 - 1995.
Planned, supervised and managed drilling and production operations for US subsidiary of Aran Energy Plc. an Irish oil company. Directly supervised drilling of five horizontal wells in the Gulf of Mexico and three directional wells in South Louisiana. Managed five offshore production platforms and two onshore fields. Supervised production superintendents, engineers and contract operators. Planned workovers and recompletions. Responsible for regulatory compliance.

Worked as directional drilling specialist responsible for planning and supervising six directional turnkeys in Gulf of Mexico and Bay of Campeche, Mexico.
    Becfield Drilling Services, Horizontal Driller, 1990 - 1991.
Supervised horizontal projects for six small oil and gas client companies.
    Chilton Energy, Project Manager/Engineer, 1989 - 1990.
Designed well plans, supervised workover rigs. Rejuvenated South Texas field of over 100 wells by replacing gas lift with large volume beam pumps and by working over to new horizons.

Handled operations for this startup company. Managed workover and production enhancements of acquired fields. Leased acreage in Alta Loma Field and brought in future principals of Chilton Energy.

Managed drilling and production operations for startup company formed to reenter abandoned wells to restore profitability. Solved production problems involved with handling large volumes of water, developed inhibitor squeeze technique for the prevention of scale.

Solved major technical problems and assessed potential profit areas. Prepared company guidelines for hydraulic fracturing and casing design.
    Conoco, Drilling Engineer, 1977 - 1979.
Provided onsite supervision for offshore drilling and completion operations in the Gulf of Mexico. Worked on high pressure, high angle wells utilizing drilling equipment including jackups, fixed platforms and semi-submersible rigs.
