The key result areas are as follows :
* Functional and administrative responsibilities in contracts administration include preparing pre-design project scope, conduct safety, operability and design review with multi functional group, finalize design data/ equipment spec, preparing tender package complete with cost estimation followed by obtaining financial approval for project execution. On receipt of bids, bid evaluation and review technical specification/drawings, conducting bid clarification meeting with bidders, and finalizing scope of work with terms and condition and recommend for award of work.
* Projects execution through contract include finalizing project procedures and schedules, detail planning for field execution, project monitoring, stage-wise checking and providing assistance during project execution, settling claims for additional jobs.
* Provide shutdown support as an engineering focal point and be a member of the unit shut-down team. * Handling contracts for mechanical projects which include cost estimation, preparation of tender package providing design data/details of equipment (Exchangers, Process Vessels, Storage tanks etc.) piping circuit and materials specification followed by bid evaluation, review technical specification/ drawings, finalizing scope of work and recommend award of work.
* Detail engineering and mechanical design of new piping system and modification of existing pipelines conforming to ANSI, ASME standards.
