UNOCAL Indonesia Company plans to install 8.625¡¨OD x 0.375¡¨WT pipe with 3/16¡¨ Coal tar Enamel Pipe Coating, total pipe length 2280 ft connecting Sepinggan ¡* Victor¡¨ Platform to Sepinggan ¡* Production¡¨ Platform to replace existing corroded 12¡¨ NB pipeline.
Pipesim is applied for simulation. This report involves a Hydraulic Study to determine Pressure Drop and Liquid Hold-up of the pipeline for its justification to use. Fluid inlet pipeline is in 3 phases with flowrate of Water 4000 BPD, Oil 1000 BPD, and Gas 10 MMscfd.

- Revised Instrument Data Sheet for PSV, Control Valve, Orifice & Restriction Orifice Plate.
Scope of work:
CNOOC South East Sumatra BV plans to build new Banuwati ¡* A¡¨ platform that includes water removal process using Tetra Ethylene Glycol. The line sizing covers the main lines (2¡¨ and above) between and around Separator, TEG-Contactor V-220, Fuel Gas Scrubber V-230, Flash Drum V-260, TEG Regenerator V-240, Pig Launcher L-340, L-350, L-360.
The source gases come from Banuwati Wells and from Mila Wells. Two-phase gas from Mila goes to Separator V-210 to make it into single-phase gas before dehydrated in the TEG Contactor. Banuwati Well single-phase gas goes to TEG Contactor after cooled in Cooler E-200. The dehydrated gas flow to Widuri-P, Pabelokan Island and Fuel Gas Scrubber V-230. Rich Glycol is dehydrated in TEG Regenerator V-240. Liquid outlet of TEG Contactor and Production Separator will flow to Sub- Sea Tie-In Kartini-A Pipeline.

UNOCAL Indonesia Company plans to install a new gas lift compressor at Santan STA Platform. The inlet gas to gas-lift compressor will be taken out from discharge line of the existing compression system C-1 downstream of Air Cooler (E-2). The discharge of the gas lift compressor will be connected to the gas lift header to feed 21 ea typical gas lift flowlines to wellheads.
This report covers a line sizing for major line, such as gas inlet and outlet new compressor skid, fuel gas line, gas lift header, vent line, etc. Line sizing was performed for process gas, liquid to closed drain, and relief header lines.
