Updated and practically aligned various management systems so that all basic requirements are understood and met. Standards include ISO 9001, 29001, 13485, 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ASME U stamps requirements.
1) Reviewed and aligned QMS namely Generic and Sectors Specific (Oil & Gas, and Medical Devices), Environmental Management System, Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems and Pressure Vessel construction standards.
2) Updated and followed up on various Programs, Plans and Procedures of all above management systems through a Master Schedule and Management Reviews
3) Planned and executed internal and external audits of all group partners, suppliers and customers to ensure compliance towards contractual and management system requirements.

4) Reviewed NDT and contractual requirements, and address all non-compliance with corrective and preventive measures with senior management.
