ENGINEERING MAINTENANCE & PRODUCTION MANAGER:
Process, Mechanical, Electricity, Instrumentation, Classification/Certification & NDT and Submarine structure Inspections, Computerized Maintenance System (CMS) Administration.
- Follow-up of all maintenance activities (scheduled & unscheduled inspections, and work shop activities).
- Prepare the weekly, monthly and yearly activity reports of all disciplines.
- Prepare the KPI (Technical & economic indicators) of all disciplines
- Prepare the budget for all activities.
- Prepare the maintenance plan (short, medium and long term ) for more than 300 units or packages (dynamic machines, cranes, life boats, life craft, vessels, HVAC system, Fire & Gas detection systems, Safety & environment equipments, structure, electric network, etc,…)
- Monthly: Launch and follow up all scheduled inspections of all disciplines (Process, Mechanical, Electric, Instrumentation, NDT et HVAC).
- Conditional Maintenance: analyse vibratory by the IRD software, the lubricating oil analyses, the engines water cooling, the electrolyte solutions, thermograph RI for the electric network,
- Prepare, launch and follow up submarine structure inspections.
- Conclude the scheduled inspections: Updating the guide of inspection, check the back tools, take in charge the reparable, update the CMS data base with technical comments, parts, man power, costs, diagnostic,
- Insure the update of PID & PCF, Isometric and electric drawings, operation manuals, spare parts directory…
- Continuo follow-up of the most important functional parameters (tendency curves) of a different wells, process circuit (oil, gas & produced water treatment), main dynamic machines and healthy & safety equipments. And analyse every abnormal deviation.
- Follow up the Wire line operations.
- Launched and follow up the biannual regular inspection of electric network.
- Follow up the early inspection of certification of the plates-forms and classification of the storage barge.
- Follow up the actions to eliminate all exceptions.
- Contribute to prepare the training matrix training for the maintenance & production people.
PROJECTS:
- Revamping of the gas turbine air combustion system. Prepare the specifications, evaluation offers.
- Revamping of the recovery condensate circuit: overview of the circuit, reduce to 15% volume of the flare gas and eliminate the black smoke by installing the air combustion system.
- Improve the reliability of the gas lift centrifugal compressor: rotor deposit problem was analysed and identifying the initial causes. A temporary solution was adopted et study for a definitive solution is in progress (different scenarios are possible).
- Improve the reliability of Gas lift reciprocating Compressors by the FMECA method: collect of all events' data and analyse the main failures and identify the initial causes, studying the appropriate solutions and implementation the suitable solutions for different parts of the machine (water and lubricating-oil cooler, regulation, ignition system, valves, etc…)

Manage all activities on site and RHSE (Responsible of Healthy, Safety and Environment)
- Manage all the maintenance & production operations on site with a team of six supervisors (Mechanics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process, Wire line, Metallic construction and painting).
- Assure the use and the respect of the HSE roles on site.
- Lead a workshop before each operation (preparation, coordination and hazard analysis)
- Control and validate a work permit and consignations for all next day activities.
- Initiate meetings for each risk situation detected and follow up the action plan suggested.
- Follow up the weekly test of the safety equipments and goods.
- Make sure that the permit work' recommendations are in place before beginning any operation.
- Continuous follow up of the main parameters of a different treatment circuits of oil, gas, water production…
- In contact with the maintenance engineering department and logistics.
- Prepare and diffuse the daily report for all activities on site.
- Follow up of the contract crew, sensitize them on the rules of HSE
- Prepare the training plan of the technical people (based on the continuous evaluation of their efficiency).
- Participate to prepare the budget.

Supervise all maintenance activities on site, (Mechanics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process, Metallic construction and painting).
- Manage the maintenance operations for all equipments of the ASHTART field (300 packages dynamic machines & static equipments).
- Transform the scheduled and unscheduled maintenance inspections to a planning of realisation based on the HSE and production requirements.
- Coordinate with the production supervisor.
- Make the continuous respect of the HSE rules
- Lead meetings to prepare the maintenance operations.
- Prepare the Gant chart (level 3) for main inspections (to follow up the critical tasks)
- Prepare the work permits for the next day maintenance operations
- Up date the drawings (PID, Electric, PCF, lay out, …)
- Updating of the planning of rotation of the maintenance personnel according to the plan of load
- Diffusion of reports of interventions, expert's reports and main parameters of the process circuits.
- Lead meetings to resolve a technical problems
- Assure the feedback in real time of the maintenance works in the CMS tool.
- Diffuse the weekly & monthly performance indicators (state of all the work orders, technical and economical data).
