Position: Project Director, World Bank Vocational & Technical Education Project (Loan 4298-LE) .
Responsible for the coordination of all the implementation activities of the World Bank Project. This is a sector development project to be implemented over a 5- year period at a total costs of US$ 69Millions.Its main components comprise: institutional strengthening and capacity building (strengthening management & efficiency of the VTE system, developing VTE policies, image improvement); relevance, responsiveness and quality of training (addressing current & expected training demand, developing quality standards, developing modern curricula, improving pre- and in-service training of teachers) ; and ,delivery mechanisms improvement (expansion & retrofitting of existing schools, development of new model schools).
Previously participated in the preparation, appraisal and negotiation of this Project.

DOHA - QATAR
Position: Manager, Petroleum and Industrial Services
Established this new company within the KDS Group.
Activities covered the oil and gas operations in Qatar along with the different hydrocarbon industries and power and desalination stations
Customers, in the public and the private sectors, included:
Qatar General Petroleum Corporation, Qatargas, Rasgas, QAPCO, QAFCO, NODCO, Ministry of Electricity & Water, Maersk Oil, Occidental, Elf, ARCO…
Fields of activities included:
- Contracting activities for onshore and offshore oil and gas operations.
- Supply of products and services
Product lines developed included: Chemical Products, Piping Material, Valves & Fittings, Corrosion Protection Products, Process Equipment, Instrumentation and Control Systems, Drilling and Completion Systems, Inspection Services and Tools and Pollution Control and Fire Safety Products.
Participated in about 1200 tenders and secured a success rate of 22% .
