Monitor welds NDE percentages, welder rejection rate and nonconformance status, clear hydro test packages. Ensuring that the welding inspection, and NDE operations are in compliance with the client specifications.
Witness testing of welders performed, Prepare the Welding Procedure Specifications, Welder Qualification Records, Welder Performance Qualifications, etc… Prepare the documents for the local authority according with SNIP requirements (Rules of Certification of Welders).
