INELECTRA, (Consultan Engineer Company) Sept. 2002 – Actual, Construction Manager for Mechanical, Civil, Electrical and Instrumentation. PDVSA.
CONFURCA, April 2000 – July 2002.-Construction Manager for the execution of Tank adecuation and Complementary work for the VALCOR Project (PDVSA), contract cost: $ 7,000,000 to be executed in a year.
Construction Manager for the execution of Mechanical work for Compressor Island Project, which consist in the installation of eight high pressure compressors (9500#) and the Balance of Plant for the PIGAP project (WILPRO ENERGY SERVICES, L.T.D.). The cost for this contract was $26,000,000 to be executed in 18 months with 1200 workers.
Construction Manager for the execution of the QE-2 Giant Skid Project for SCHLUMBERGER, $ 1,500,000 cost in 6 weeks.
PETROZUATA/APOYOMAN-PUBLIC SERVICES COORDINATOR-Y2K PROJECT, March 1999 - March 2000: Control and follow-up of activities developed by public service companies in relation with the Y2k problem. Coordinator and controller of emergency plans for each operational area. Integrity Activities and Commercial areas Consultant. CONTECA - CONSTRUCTION MANAGER, August 1996-Febuary 98: Construction Manager for the turn around of BTX unit in El Palito Refinery, CORPOVEN, PDVSA, Construction Manager for the turn around of Sulfuric Unit in Petroquimica Moron - PEQUIVEN. Construction Superintendent for Revamp Project Remodeling and Enlargement of the Alquilation Unit-Cardon-MARAVEN. Analysis Coordinator and scope change analyst for the turn around of Alquilation Unit in Amuay- LAGOVEN.
VAMENCA - ENGINEERING MANAGER, April-August 1996: Manage the turn around of Flexicoker Unit LAGOVEN, S.A. in the Amuay Refinery, PDVSA. During this period the following activities were developed: Planning Work Procedures according to ISO 9000. Master Plan for executing projects, preparing of OBS (Organization Breakdown Structure). Work groups, Working up on plans to build, preparing technical offers for different bids.
OTEPI (An Engineering Consultant Company) ENGINEERING MANAGER, February-March 1996: Assigned to Lagoven, S.A., PDVSA, for executing works in the turn around of the HYAY-3 (hydrogen) and SUAY-3 (Sulfur) Units. Solving engineering problems in field, checking isometrics and P&ID.

Checking of all supports and systems in pipelines, releasing systems for hydrostatic and pneumatic tests, releasing equipment, solving materials discrepancies, prefabrication, obstructions, etc. .DOCUMENT CONTROL COORDINATOR IN QA/QC.
