I am a premier midstream and upstream candidate in the USA and eager to tackle new, complex challenges. I have directed a large gas pipeline and processing business profit unit for Texaco of 11 gas plants with 14 pipeline sources, we were extremely successful at increasing profitability. The pyramid gets very small at the top of a $35 billion corporation, but in terms of accomplishments, assets managed, accountability and responsibilities assigned were sizable. At Pogo, I created and directed an E & P Department providing a keen audit eye for operational, acquisitions, regulatory, large accretive profitability and cost containment by challenging the larger upstream companies¡¦ operations.

Biography
Founded JKB Energy Corporation and currently serves as President & CEO. He has worked in the Oil & Gas Industry for 25 years. During that time, he was responsible for the Corporate, Commercial and Operational Development of all the Texaco Natural Gas, Inc. OCS and South Louisiana gas processing plants and midstream assets profit center, which overlapped into gas trading and hedging of the Plant Thermal Reduction volumes. The gross processing capacity was 10 Bcf/day or the net processing capacity was 3 Bcf/day. Previous to Texaco, he was Director of Internal and External audits for Pogo Producing Company and the Manager of Revenue & Regulatory Compliance. This experience coupled with his Certified Public Accountancy has given him comprehensive understanding of global business processes and reporting with a keen audit eye for profitability and cost containment.
An excellent communicator and demonstrated leader, has led the incorporation of acquisitions and joint ventures into existing structures. Additionally, he has led diverse expert teams of engineers, business development and auditors to accomplish complex tasks oftentimes exceeding anticipated standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a minor in Business from McNeese University. He received his CPA licensure from the State of Texas in 1997 and abides by the ethical standards required to maintain the license. He applies those standards to all of his business practices. He has completed numerous professional training programs, enough for a MBA equivalency.
A known complex problem solver capable of initiating strategic solutions, is comfortable and capable moving from project to project leading and directing others to achieve maximum ROI and hurdle rates for all resources through creating opportunities and value.
