Mr. Echeverri is an executive consultant with more than 15 years' experience working in engineering (construction and consultancy), finance and health sector. He has a solid formation in management and project evaluation as long as finance structuring under investment banking schemes.

* Leader and Director of the bidding of the Buenaventura Aqueduct and Sewage System (US4.0 MM), transferred to HMV for a 20 years period. NPV over US 30 MM.

Position: General Manager

Company created for the exploitation of pine wood technically seeded (300 has) and the manufacturing of banana stacks used for packing the fruit for exporting.

Main accomplishments:
* Company founder which employed directly more than 30 people.
* Due to the origin and characteristics of the exploitation, the government agencies are in strict surveillance; we achieved a high standard in conservation of the natural environment minimizing their impact.

Constructora /Grupo Meléndez S.A. (Cali, Colombia) (Dec/91 - Dec/92 Y Jan/94-Dec/96)
Position: Project Manager & Finance Director

Constructora Meléndez is a housing construction company belonging to Meléndez Group with revenues over US 25 MM/year. As a Project Manager I was responsible for the development of an industrial park of 5,000 m2. As a Finance Director I was responsible for the project financing. For Meléndez Group I was the Reengineering Implementation Manager of the project made with Booz Allen & Hamilton, which included the human reorganization of the administrative, financial processes, sales, resources (700 people) and the evaluation and selection of software ERP/CRM. In one first stage (year 91-92) I was appointed as a programming and budget assistant in charge by the long term project planning.

Main accomplishments:
* Effective handling of the Reengineering Process with the consulting group Booz Allen & Hamilton
* Success in Supervision and Management in the implementation processes designed in the consultancy.
* Successful handling of large multidisciplinary work groups with great change resistance.

Fundacion Valle Del Lili. (Cali, Colombia) (Dec/92 - Dec/93)
Position: Managing Director of Fesalud Valle S.A.

The Valle del Lili Foundation is a 3er level hospital founded in 1992 with investments over U.S. 40.0 MM. The Boston Consulting Group recommended the creation of a service of prepaid medicine that was integral part of the services package of the foundation. For this role I was appointed as a Project Manager of the investment evaluation and feasibility of the new company which would be named Fesalud Valle S.A. The initial investment was over US 5.0 MM which included all the process of design of strategies, operation licenses, evaluation and implementation of administrative and financial software.

Main accomplishments:
* Obtained the operation license for the new prepaid medicine company Fesalud Valle S.A.
* Made the evaluation and complete feasibility study of the society, which included actuarial studies of population, market studies and legal requirements.
* As conclusion I recommended the indefinite investment postponement due to market conditions which would make the investment very risky, weigh that it was counted on all the approved permissions. It was considered guessed right.
