NHT is designed at 440m3/hr.
NHT taking feed from CDU, FCC &Coker.
Reactor is designed to remove Sulfur level of 1619 ppm to product of < 0.5 ppm.
NHT is designed to remove Nitrogen, Oxygen, Chlorides, and Metals & Saturation of olefins.
NHT Consists of Splitter, Reactor, Stripper Section& Hydrogen Recycle& Makeup gas Compressor.
Platformer Unit
Worked in Major Shutdown which involves reactor Scallops replacing, Catalyst unloading& Loading Etc.,
The Reaction includes Dehydrogenation of Napthenes, Isomerisation of Paraffin's & Napthenes.
Platformer designed to process at the rate of 425m3/hr and operated with >125% load.
Platformer is a Stack Type reactor is designed to produce reformate of 105-108 octane number give spec. of 88% Aromatics in heavy ends.
Having MP steam generation of 32 MT/hr & 52 m3/hr of LPG.
Platformer unit includes Separator, Debutaniser & Deethaniser Column, Recycle gas & Net gas Compressor and Re contact loop section.
Continues Catalyst Regeneration (CCR)
Worked in Major Shutdown which involves Regeneration tower, Lock hopper, L- Valve assembly Screen Cleaning, Catalyst loading & Unloading Etc.,
CCR is designed to Regenerate the Platforming Catalyst ( R -234 )
CCR is licensed by UOP and constructed by L&T, Surat.
CCR operates at 100% Catalyst circulation rate of 2043 Kg/Hr (4500PPH).

OIL JETTY OPERATIONS
Oil Jetty Operations in Dubai - Operated Rotary counter weight marine loading arm supplied by FMC, France.
Oil Jetty Operation in MRPL -Operated very sophisticated
Loading arms with ERS & QCDC with a capacity of
2000cu.m/hr, supplied by NIGIITA CHIKSON from Japan.
Virtual Jetty Operation in MRPL- Operated 75 M double CARCOUS type flexible hose with breakaway coupling, Anti pollution floating rubber hose (max.19ksc) supplied by DUNLOP U.K.
Positioning the Marine Tankers.
Loading Arm Connection & Disconnection from ship.
Loading & Unloading of products and feed stocks.
Ship/ Shore communication by exchanging hourly
Quantities & record the other activities
Emergency Shutdown system during loading/unloading
Operation & Effective deck watch.
OFFSITE OPERATIONS:
Handled all types of tanks (Floating roof, Cone roof, Cone cum floating roof, dome roof tank).
Receiving Crude from tankers, and sending products to tankers.
All types of Sampling, De-watering the tanks & Gauging.
Making necessary preparation for feeding to units from intermediate storage tanks.
LPG Sampling & Weathering test.
Making telescopic tube connection.
Tanks are equipped with fire hydrant, foam pourer, fire monitor, cooling system and tank leak detecting system.
Fire fighting & regular mock drills in the tank farm & Oil Jetty
Horton sphere & bullet have the deluge system, Fusible Bulb,
Fusible plug, Gas detectors & ROVs.
