Sourcing, Negotiation, Localization and Value Engineering methods.
3. Prepare Costdown development plans/activities and report weekly to
management for the latest status.
4. Prepare Cost Analysis for every component parts which ideally can be
negotiated for cost reduction and as well for Suppliers request for cost up.
5. Conduct supplier plant audit for plant capability and quality system.
6. Issue Part Specification to different supplier for Quotations.
7. Source suitable supplier and award component parts for development.
8. Prepare Cost Comparison upon received of quotations from different
suppliers.
9. Negotiated cost to suppliers based on analysis and from suppliers quotation.
10.Update Monthly Bill of Materials on all product lines for actual landed cost
