* Managed a reduction in material inventory of 20,000 mts over an eighteen-month period during 1995-96 that positively impacted the BWBC's financial statement by $10m USD.
* Managed a 514-person reduction in force, as well as participated in the implementation of a restructured salary system in 1996, for BWBC.
* Coordinated during 1995 the establishment of the B&W Corporate China Sourcing and Procurement Group in Shanghai's, which was responsible for locating and qualifying sources of supply within China for McDermott's engineered product requirements.
