I have more than 4 years of experience in the field of managing large networks and Distributed Systems Implementations. I specialize in large-scale, mission-critical, network re-engineering projects. I have extensive hands on experience on IBM and Dell servers' hardware and software, RAID configurations, etc.Have solid expertise in vendor management. Managing a large number of vendors for variety of communication equipments and infrastructure, for different departments and the bank branches over all.I have extensive professional experience with large-scale project management; project planning, labors and equipment estimation and time-management. I have worked as Project Engineer three times, to design and implement the networks for new branches of the bank.

EXPERIENCE
July 2003 – Now Standard Chartered Bank Islamabad, Pakistan.Senior Network Engineer / Manager IT (North Pakistan Branches) Managing infrastructure, all communications, support guys and labors. Inventory management, cost estimation, resource allocations for different departments for their computer systems, printers, copier machines, faxes and telephone lines and all that include in infrastructure. In communication establishment, I am managing satellite links, VSAT, Radio Towers, Routers, Switches, Modems for connectivity with the head office and all other branches of banks.* Managing erection and Installations of new ATM's in the city business area and their maintenance with NCR, currently I am responsible for 7 ATM's.Other infra structure responsibilities include managing with Generators and un-interrupted power supply (UPS) with vendors of APC, Caterpillar and Emerson technologies. Installation and Configuration of Linux Advance Sever 2.1, Linux 8.0 as plate form, Web Sphere as Web Sever, DB2 UDB as Database Client on IBM eServers xSeries 345 & 5600 IBM in all north branches.* Support for Java Based eApplications running on W2K and XP workstations.Responsible for proper maintaining of SNA Server and Host Front server to ensure the WAN connectivity with the remote Head Office, and to provide connectivity, of various online software, etc.
