PROJECT#1: WASTE HEAT RECOVERY BOILER SULPHURIC ACID PLANT.

Environment: CAESAR II – VER 4.5,AutoCAD LT & 2000.
Client: ANDHRA SUGURS LIMITED, KOVVUR.
Team Members: 4 Members.
Duration: 3 months.

PROJECT#2: WASTE HEAT RECOVERY BOILER FOR LEAD SMELTER.

Environment: CAESAR II – VER 4.5,AutoCAD LT & 2000.
Client: HINDALCO INDUSTRIES LIMITED, RAIPUR.
Team Members: 5 Members.
Duration: 4 months.

This is a Waste Heat Recovery lead smelter Boiler. which produces steam from water by taking heat from the heat which is produced in the furnace.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Checking the adequacy of the inputs from the customer.
* Preparation of Schedules.
* Preparation of Material Take off List for piping, fittings etc
* Economical routing of piping without fouling.
* Stress analysis of piping using CAESAR II with hanger engineering.
* Giving inputs to the Draughtsman for the preparation of GA, isometric drawings, detail support drawings.
* Stress calculations for integral piping, external piping etc., as per codes like IBR, ASME Section VIII Div-1, etc., as applicable.
* Interfacing the boiler and other equipment by the preparation of General Arrangement Drawing. Incorporating the Supporting structure, Integral and External piping and other auxiliaries.
* The selection of appropriate materials and thickness of insulation.
* Preparation of Specifications for the Surface preparation, Painting and insulation of piping as per customer requirements or standard practice.
